Quotes and estimates

A price given before the work is seen is an estimate, not a fixed price. If the job turns out to be bigger, you are told before any extra work is done.

A written quote stands for thirty days.

Paying

A pay link is sent by email. It opens a page with the amount, the taxes and any card fee shown before you pay.

Payment is due when the work is finished unless something else was agreed in writing.

Cash or an e-transfer is fine; say so and the invoice is marked paid by hand.

Cancelling

Call or email as early as you can. There is no charge for cancelling before the day.

If nobody is there when we arrive, the travel fee below may be charged.

Where we work

Greater Vancouver (Burnaby, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Port Moody, Vancouver).

Outside that, a travel fee may apply. It is always said before the work is booked.

The work

The work is done properly and to the standards that apply in British Columbia.

What we are responsible for is the work done and the parts fitted. We are not responsible for a fault somewhere else in the building that the work did not touch, or for a loss beyond what was paid for the job.

If something is wrong with the work, tell us first: email info@plumberplug.ca. We would rather put it right.
